I received B.S. degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University, M.S. degree from Xidian University, and Ph.D. degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University. I was a Research Fellow at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New York University Tandon School of Engineering, a Research Manager at ChinaCache, a Senior Software Engineer at DidiChuxing, a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and a Visiting Associate Professor at Pillar of Information Systems Technology and Design, Singapore University of Technology and Design.
